Currently residing in NE Ohio Veteran - US Navy (Active duty 11/65 - 9/69 and USNR-R 9/69 - 8/83) Served in Vietnam with US Navy Seabees: MCB40 Camp Shields, Chu Lai (67-68 in Tet Offensive); Camp Campbell, Phu Bai (68-69) Currently receiving compensation at 20% for SC DMII Recently completed C&P Exams for Neuropathy, hypertension, diabetic retinopathy and scheduled for stress test Mon & Tue of next week
