Where is the best place for me to post a question about asbestos exposure? My friend served on submarines during the Vietnam War and is just starting to work with the VA. So far he has yet to get a doctor to address the issue of his exposure to asbestos--it is as if they have never heard of it! So far his lung tests are clear, but with asbestos it's just a matter of time (and luck). Besides general advice on how to prepare to file a claim, I'm interested in finding out if anyone is trying to establish presumption for asbestos-related conditions (like the ones they have for AO). I'd also like to find (or create) a resource that was not connected to a law firm--any ideas? Thank you
