You should get it, are you retried or got out , if you retired it has to go through Dfas audit, then go through VA system, also some of depends if it is service connected. Plus you shouldn't get the difference between the 40 to 60 percent date 2011. CONGRATULATION.

I still waiting on mine when from 80 to 100 percent they finished in August dates back 2010, also I retired, DFAS has done their audit, waiting for the VA, also Iris will give you the same canned answer. But I hit them every two weeks.

Happy for you, but there is a chart on Va compensation web page, use it, plus 95% equal 100% but schedular means further exams. Take care of yourself. They know it will not get better but keep going to your doctors. Congratulations.

Resubmit it again or get a Lawyer. Paying them Twenty percent is better then you getting nothing at all.
