  1. You should get it, are you retried or got out , if you retired it has to go through Dfas audit, then go through VA system, also some of depends if it is service connected. Plus you shouldn't get the difference between the 40 to 60 percent date 2011. CONGRATULATION.
  2. I still waiting on mine when from 80 to 100 percent they finished in August dates back 2010, also I retired, DFAS has done their audit, waiting for the VA, also Iris will give you the same canned answer. But I hit them every two weeks.
  3. Happy for you, but there is a chart on Va compensation web page, use it, plus 95% equal 100% but schedular means further exams. Take care of yourself. They know it will not get better but keep going to your doctors. Congratulations.
  4. Keep fighting for more. Were ever deployed? Plus go to the VA and get some help.
  5. Congratulation, get going. Appeal everything if you feel it is not right.
  6. Resubmit it again or get a Lawyer. Paying them Twenty percent is better then you getting nothing at all.
  7. Total VA Benefit - $3037.00 Amount Withheld - $0.00 Amount Paid - $1800.00 Effective Date - Sep 1, 2012 Reason For Change - Retired Pay Adjustment Stopped" This should have been the first month after your Effective date, when you got your whole 100%. If you were getting CRDP you will still get both. You can figure by add what was Amount withheld times years or month it was withheld. But I looked at your post you retired before 2004 when CRDP started.
  8. Congratulations: But keep appealing.
  9. Thanks all: still have not received any money, but it coming one day.
  10. He spent 5.5 years in the military how can he retire, and get concurrent receipt, there is no way.
  11. Thanks; I am on that, stop paying for dental, I always loved your post, I can start helping others.
  12. You can not receive concurrent receipt unless you retired. How many years were you in and if you did not retire it is a wrap, you get one or the other.
  13. I Got my AB8, and AB3, Stated I am honorably discharged veteran of the USAF and is entitled to disability at 100 percent due to service- connected disability(ies). This total disability is considered permanent. You are not scheduled for future examinations. Great news or what? Since 2010. Celebration.
  14. Great Answer Carlie, Young Man just because you are going through something with the VA do not start bashing others, when you do not know what you are talking about. We understand your frustrations but do not let that cloud your view other have served just like you. I submitted for 21 items including Crohn's Disease, Testicular Surgery, PTSD, Depression,OCD,Anxiety,Torn Rotator Cup, and a slew of other issues. I completed 4 tours in Afghanistan. When I went to the Exams, I felt like a Defense Lawyer having to defend all my Medical Issues, even though my Medical Record is over 1100 pages and I have only been active for 8 years 1100 pages they would have kicked you out a long time ago, but with all that you should have been non-deployable. It will take the VA a long time to figure your claim out. You have time Dee Cee
