My first rating for PTSD was 30% which I appealed. Nine months later I received a rating of 50%. My GAF score was 55. I'm about to send a letter of disagreement. Any suggestions of what other types of evidence that you have to send in with this letter. Is heart disease now considered to be caused by PTSD ? Can you get your increase because of the disease? I'm a Viet Nam Vet. Thanks Richard J
