I need to find a good Samaritan to help me get 100% I am at 90% now with 2 other condition service connected at a 0% rating my problem is i am blind close up cant read this crap anymore

Hi I am new to Forum If anyone cant help please respond!!!!I had a C&P exam a few days ago. I showed up on time.They called me i to the room two doctor were there dressed in smocks like they just got out of surgery.One Doctor told the other one we will not be here long he has things to do.Doctors ask me how I was injured to told him. Then one doctor asked about my symptoms i told them to him. I asked them what would they would be examining today they said just the lumbar. i told them that the DRO ordered a complete spine exam. He said well all we are checking is the lumbar.I said OK got on the table on my belly told me to push my legs up i did. then he said i was not trying I told him i was but I am having a lot of pain.Both doctors laugh at me!!! he said OK send you for some x-ray. I did an x-ray just of the lower spine. at my DRO hearing the DRO said he would be ordering a complete Spine exam on my paperwork said they would take 2 to 4 hours to complete.They did not do the exam right did not look at anything I had like MRI, EMG , doctors reports.I got the clinic report back don't understand it it didn't look good.

Get a copy of the C&P as quickly as possible and compare it to the rating criteria set forth in 38 CFR 4.71a. If it is favorable to your...do nothing. If it is a hack job, and you know there are things he did not do, or things he did improperly, then send in a iris to complain, and be specific about what he did not do that the worksheet said he should do. Follow up with a phone call to the 800# the next day and let them know you have sent the iris, and that you're pissed off and not gonna take the VA's crap no more. Don't be rude, but get your point across. Be sure to quote 38 CFR 4.70 (inadequate examinations) and 4.71 (measurement of rom) if he didn't use a goniometer. Make sure it is an unfavorable exam first, though. Get a copy before proceeding. rentalguy1 Was this what you wrote or somebody else do it. What is an IRIS? and where do I get one from? I bolded them.

I'm a dummy with VA but what is an IRIS?? where do I go to get the paper work from??? I know how to get C&P report!!!I got it in VA Record Dept at the Hospital before. I will read The C&P first before I complain to make sure I don't stick my foot in my mouth or that it can be favorable boy if I did that I would be a true dummy.Sam

Hi berta had the hearing yesterday he acted supportive but at the end getting up to leave he made one silly comment .He said if you had bowel problem how come you didn't always report it. I told him I did when I was first hurt in the military. You see if he had read my military medical record he would have know that.He said he would be ordering a C&P Exam this is the second one I went too. According to the Exam Worksheet on the spine they never did a proper one. If this happens What do I do?

I have had a C&P examiner not follow the Disability Exam Worksheet for the spine. In that case what can I do about it.You see VA plays the monkey see game!!!! here no condition ,look for no condition, and see no condition. I there any way to make them do it right.

The doctor said i have pseudoclaudication and is caused by severe pathology in the boney structure of the sacral spine and cauda equina. So classification would that be under or diagnostic code under 38CFR4.17a

Where do I get the TDIU form to send to VA with my IMO the Dr in it strongly use all the proper rationale and a clear and understandable for VA in their terminology they like to hear. Even there medical bull crap they usually use they cant erase my Military Medical record and black and white proof.

Hi Berta The DRO sent a letter with a denial for unemployability his words state you have to 60% or more disabled to qualifies for unemployability and I don't meet the requirement because I am at 40%. I told him the doctor stated I am fully disable and unable to seek any meaningful employment and this gentleman is 100% disabled. He gave no answer back!!! I live in Michigan the worst state record with VA least that what the web said and every tells me.This is the same state that the C&P examiner did not do any ROM test on my spine for evaluation. I had an Independent Medical Evaluation by an army doctor just resent that wrote VA has not supplied me with any correct treatment for my injury or Therapy.Boy this claim has been a mess from day one!!!Well I hope i can resolve this problem at DRO Hearing.Any suggestion for my hearing will be most helpful and appreciated.Thank you Sam
