I was in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969 and exposed to AO. Never had a problem with nasal polyps until I came back from Vietnam. No one else in my family has a history of nasal polyps. I have had several major surgeries to remove polyps. The first time I had the operation done I was one of about 20 people accepted in a Federal study by the Layhee Clinic in MA to have my operation done for case study. Recently I filed a claim with the VA by submitting approximately 300 pages of medical records related to my polyps and that claim that has been rejected by the VA office located in Providence RI.
