  1. Travis received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Georgia, where he was a First Honor Graduate (highest grade point average in graduating class). He also received his law degree with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. Travis joined Perkins Studdard, L.L.P. after graduation and has devoted his practice to representing injured workers and veterans in Workers’ Compensation and Veterans Benefits claims. Travis is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans in veterans benefit claims and represents veterans at the Regional Office, the Board of Veterans Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Travis is a member of the Board of Directors of Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers (WCCL). He is also a founding board member of the West Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association and is a past President of that group. Travis is also a member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA), Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association (GTLA) and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
