Was approved for TDIU ON FEB1, 2021. I am having issues getting any straight answer from the VA as to when i will receive my pay raise and retroactive pay. I spoke with the fiduciary hub today and they told me that the funds were approved for release on Aug 17Th, and now its up to the Appeals Management Center to do whatever it is they do to make the deposit happen. does anyone know how long THAT could take, or did i just get another canned answer? Any advice, encouragement, or the number to the AMC would be greatly appreciated. Everyone i talk to have said that i shouldn’t have waited this long. thanks!
Hello Fellow Vets,Spouses. Today i checked my E-benefits account to check status of my nod that i filed 11 Dec 2011. I am currently rated 60% total, 40% for DDD lower back,30% gerd and 10% LH fracture. I appealed my gerd rating because i indeed did have all the symptoms to meet requirements for a 60% rating for gerd and then some. That being said when i logged on to E-benefits i went to VA letters and checked my entitlement status. it says and i quote " DRO has reached a decision on your appeal, decision was forwarded to your rep and mailed to you"..that is all good, however it says my rating is 90%. this is where i get baffled, what i asked for should come to 80%, i thought the max rating for Gerd was 60% I used the Had it benefit calculator and it says i should be 80%......why am i 90%? not complaining just wondering if they changed the max rating for gerd, i know i will get my letter in a few weeks, was just wondering if any of you folks know something i dont....
Forgive my mental block. I inquired through IRIS about the status of a case that was remanded by the BVA to AMC, and received the following response: The Appeals Management Center has completed all development actions required by the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) in its remand, your appeal is pending review by a Rating Specialist. As soon as a decision is made, you will be promptly notified. Do any of you fine veterans have an opinion? It is much appreciated!
