At this point, I've become another statistic of the VA hamster wheel for a claim appeal that has merit for acquired pes planus. This has gone on for far too long and I'm pretty much done with it. I'm not one to give up, but I learned a long time ago to pick my battles. I am 100% scheduler with an FCE looming around February 2021 for PTSD and Depression. If I get reduced afterwards, I might revisit the flat foot appeal with new and relevant evidence that I have. I have until Aug 13 2021 to appeal. -

Hello, This is my first day being registered and posting. I would appreciate information on the following. I have been accepted into a residential program in Bay Pines for Military Sexual Trauma (MST) - PTSD treatment. Question is, can I receive Financial Compensation (for having no income coming in for 4-8 weeks) while in the program? I am not SC yet although DAV has helped me submit a claim. Called Peggy today. She told us we should have a decision on my hubbys cad recheck around nov 8. We ask about appeal and she said they have mad a decision on 9/8,. And we should receive a letter. She said she could see the decision but she could not tell us what it was. So we called the bva number,. Some guy answered the phone,. He did not sound like he liked his job at all. But he did say they have not made a decision yet and it was showing still with rep. Now it was aug 30 when we had the girl at eglin send all the labs and dr new dbqs in.
