I looked on my ebenefits today and saw that on a "claim for military pay in lieu of compensation was updated/filed in July" Why would this have been filed? I did not file it, and I did not retire from the service. I did have a case that a Court of Veterans Appeals judge was ruling on and my attorney called me a few weeks ago and said the might be open to reviewing IU for me. Is this related possibly? How? My question is should I be worried that the varo added my lung issues as secondary to graves disease in regards to possible retro money? So am I going to get retro back to 2004 on the breathing issues? By the way

A rep from IRIS was able to take action. She said she would send a notice over to the "Dependent Dept." Has anyone encountered anything like this? Is there a way to follow-up. How long should this take? I can remember it took a year for VA to
