Ken Dillon posted a question in VA Disability Compensation Benefits Claims Research ForumGood morning I am going for c@p exam next for cervical spine, I ended up with level 3 fusion in my neck, my question is this I have my pilot log book of my hours that I flew and my NATOP jacket, and my training jacket, should I bring those with me, and along with pictures of what I was flying because CH 46 helicopter is no longer in service. Please not I was not a pilot I was helicopter mechanic and crew chief with more than 2000 hrs flying. I also found Navy and Army study that states about NVG's with neck pain, and vibration was bad for you, along with the seating. Thanks Ken

I have nerve pain down both arms and neck. I was driving for a job and

A little background first. 10/2010 - Submitted TDIU claim 11/2010 - General C&P exam & Mental health C&P 04/2012 - Received Rating increase decision, which was automaticaly filed by VA when filing TDIU. Total rating stayed the same (70%), but was lowered on my back without a ROM exam even the C&P Doc put measurements in my exam results, which is the main reason for my NOD letter above. TDIU deferred. 04/2012 - TDIU deferred status goes back to gathering evidence ph
