Improper handling of 1999 VA Compensation Claim I will do my best to present this in a short and respectful manner. I will do my best to truthfully represent all facts and evidence as it was presented in 1999 VA Claim. It is therefore I am seeking help in identifying any missing documents, missing evidence, non compliance of VA Regulations, etc... I will post the photo copies of the record on my C-file which I received in 2015. What happened to me was... The VA approved my dependency claim but instead of closing the dependency claim... They closed my open compensation claim Jun 2, 2014 . My pay is still at the single rate and My compensation claim is in limbo. Sent a letter to the Honorable Allison A. Hickey, and Bam next morning 8:15 am she responds, by 1:00 pm talked to Nadhal R Eadeh VBAVACO and he is getting the ball rolling on both issues.. Thank You Hadit!!!!! I am having my physiatrist fill out the DBQ, I am claiming depression and axiety secondary to my service connected sleep apnea. Will this help speed up the process. I already have a good Nexus letter from the same doctor. Thanks for any feedback

Spouse Nexus Letters

From time to time I see that buddy letters are used to help develop the continuity and nexus of a claim. I also see recommendations for letters from a spouse, children or other family members. Does the VA really consider this strong probationer lay evidence? I hadn't thought about having my wife write a letter, but if it will put another nail in the claim, maybe I should. Hello Fellow Hadit members, Friday 5/31/12 my claim was completed. On 6/2/12 I recieved the infamous "Brown Folder", mine was white. It states I am 60% disabled. My retro goes back to 5/17/11. So it took, 1 year and 2 weeks. I filed a "Hardship" on 5/1/12. I am still awaiting the retro pay, Peggy told me it would be acouple of days. Everything has been approved and I'm waiting on the Treasury. Good enough for me. I got a letter from DAV on 6/1/12 stating the same as the the "Brown Folder" I was denied Osteopenia thoracic spine with compression fractures (claimed as mid and lower ba
