Hello, This is my first post to the site . I am wondering if anyone else has had their disabilities disappear on Ebenefits. My second claim has showed complete as of two days ago, however, two of the four disabilities I claimed are completely gone from the "Rated Disabilities" and two are showing "Not Service Connected." My picture below is from my page. The Tinnitus, bilateral hearing loss and equilibrium are all from my first claim, depression and migraines are recent. I am wondering if the two that aren't showing will be approved, and that is why two are showing up as not connected. O
I just wanted to post my success. I was called on 7/22 about one my contentions because QTC did complete the physical for it. She told me she would send the request for an appt at the nearest VA Hospital and send the rest of my claim on. By Friday everything was completed and my appointment was made two week out. My compensation is 50%. Of course I won't know the break down until I get the package. I am really curious to see it. Thanks to Hadit.com I was able to keep from going crazy. Well after 5 years and over 300 exams by various doctors and blood draws and MRI's it is finally over. It all started with all the presumptive's and almost all turned down. It then went to appeals. A couple of them turned down but never lost faith. Then after sitting down with one of the best VFW representatives who knew how to write and follow-up and he cared. After 26 years on active duty and a 30% rating upon leaving the service, then an upgrade to 50 % because of a couple of appeals and explanations. The VA took 2 years to finally finish the ratings on all areas of my claim. With a follo
