So to make a long story short, I was active duty since 1994 and medically discharged in 2005. Since around 99/2000 I have suffered from what I now know as sleep apnea. I was never tested for it during service, but I had no idea what the heck it even was. Only knew I was being woken up by my wife, and when in the field or deployment soldiers, because I would snore loud and then stop breathing. Are there any other Veterans on here that were at the Pentagon 9/11-9/30 for search and rescue/recovery? I was denied PTSD in 2005 (VA said it wasn't service connected), I appealed it, but never received a letter that the appeal was denied, at that point I said f-it and gave up on the VA. I created an ebenefits account recently (December 2015) and it says that appeal decision (denied) was made in March 2006. I am still having issues. I am reopening the claim for PTSD. Hello, This is my first post to the site . I am wondering if anyone else has had their disabilities disappear on Ebenefits. My second claim has showed complete as of two days ago, however, two of the four disabilities I claimed are completely gone from the "Rated Disabilities" and two are showing "Not Service Connected." My picture below is from my page. The Tinnitus, bilateral hearing loss and equilibrium are all from my first claim, depression and migraines are recent. I am wondering if the two that aren't showing will be approved, and that is why two are showing up as not connected. O
