I went to see my VA PCP and he noted that I had "dramatic improvement" when he asked me how it was. This is not what I told him. I said it was a little better at the moment, but it is absolutely not dramatic. I want use these records, which contain information on another condition, when I submit for another claim, but I don't want the VA to think this issue is getting better, I just happen to be on a short stretch where it wasn't at its worst. First off, hello and thank you in advance for any help that can be provided. Also, I apologize if something is not clear, trying my best to keep things concise. On Friday, May 15, I received letter from the VA, dated May 11, proposing a rating reduction from 100% to 70% for PTSD. The only evidence for the change listed is Rating Decision - Narrative(17SEP18) and DBQ PSYCH PTSD Review(06MAY20), whereas on my initial decision letter there was an abundance of evidence used. The major takeaway appears that my medical records(both prior to and after the initial rating, also from VA facilities
Hello all, Been a long time since I was here. Was checking ebenefits for current status on CUE claim that is in final review/authorization stage. I noticed that my rating for low back was reduced from 40%-20% back in August. There was no exam, or notification of this. I did receive a letter stating they were going to review with possibility of reduction. I scheduled appointment with the physical rehab Dr., at the VA, that had been treating me. He wrote up a letter stating that my back had not improved. And he did use a goniometer to take measurements...the ROM kept me squarely in the 40%
