    Question related to below issue: Does it take another 10 years to have these benefits available in the event of death. Seems like an easy issue, however we are a little confused.. Vietnam Veteran finally awarded 100% P&T (PTSD) in 2014 with settlement going back to Dec 2013 ( Kudos to Hadit for helping us understand what we needed to do) Been married 20 years (m.1997) It took nearly 50 years to receive this rating,... Does it take another 10 years to have these benefits available in the event of death. Thank you
