  1. My last 3 C&P's were ALL done by VES. I know they done show up on Blue Button and I know you can go to the VARO in person to get them printed off for you. Problem is i the closest VARO is over 3 hours away and not doable for me at the moment. I have sent 2 letters to the VARO requesting both my denial letter form 2019 (that will determine if my EED claim is correct or not) and for the C&P exam notes but havent received any correspondence back. Are there any other avenues that anyones knows about that i can get access to these?
  2. Not sure if this is a dumb question or not. I was rated for TDIU in July 2020, effective 2014. I have an appeal on another claim from 2015. Does going to an exam to get rated for your claim even matter? I’m asking because I have an exam with VES this Wednesday. I’m currently rated at 80% combined. If VES exam results in positive outcome, should receive 70% for depression and anxiety as recommended by IMO doctor report and his DBQ. I’m just wondering if you would still receive backpay if you’re already rated at TDIU level. My brain says no because I’m being paid at high
  3. Received an intimidating letter delivered by Fed EX from Veterans Evaluation Services seemingly giving no option but to present for C/P exam in less than a week without referencing what claim is being evaluated. Is it to reduce the disability currently being received? Is it for a long ago filed claim? Is this a legitimate provider? Any information regarding this new element to an already stressful and confusing process. Thank you so much.
  4. Howdy All! Been a while since I've posted, but I've been reading, lurking and watching.....oh yes....I've been out there watching.....(that was creepy). Took some great advice and contacted Ted Ebert from the VA, via e-mail about my frustration with 95 medical and psych records belonging to other veterans being contained within my C-File, and that they were cited by the VA's last C&P examiner (held by Veterans Evaluation Service in Houston by a 12 year old nurse practitioner dude with a ponytail and a whopping 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner......ok he may have been
  5. Ok, here we go again. Got a call a few days back from a DRO at the Houston VARO. They are doing a de novo review of my case, and scheduled me for a series of C&P examinations, which will be my second round from the VA. Sure enough, got a call from Veterans Evaluation Service, who advised that the VA had contracted them to do my C&P examinations and to do bloodwork. Looks I'll be heading to Houston for the examinations and Beaumont for a blood draw and CBC. (They used VES on me last time too.) Keep in mind, I've been through a prior round of C&P examinations, but this is the
