Iu - Can You Send In The Employer's Form With Application To Speed Up Claim?

When you send in the form for IU can you include the completed employer verification forms as well to speed up processing your claim for IU?

If I had the forms I sure would --- BUT I would also complete a ROI form, from my past employers to the VA.

What is a ROI form? Is this in additioin to the VA Form 21-4192?

I inculded the form in my claim for TDIU. My employer was very helpful & asked what they could do to help me. I mentioned the form & they filled it out that day. I hand carried my package (3 Drs writeups, employee form , ROI Form & cover sheet (Form 21-4138)) to RO. It was approved in under 4 weeks.

ROI - Release of Information. Always fill one out for any place VA needs to have contact with,

Social Security, any outside docs, etc...
