If you want to Search the FORUM it is best to us the search feature that has a link from Hadit's Home Research Page. This search uses Google. You can type in the Acronyms, IMO, ED, SO, TDIU, ect., and the search will find them.

This SEARCH button is at this top of the page under the header with the LOGO for HADIT. The search button/bar next to the "members" tab does not work the same.

I hope this helps for those who need to research their questions for previous responses and topics. There is a lot of information that has been posted on the Hadit forum in the past.

T Bird - can you add the VCAA, Section 1151 claims, CRPD/CSRC, and Writs of Mandamus?

Also I posted some info on how to prepare the I-9 appeal form for the BVA.

I like this search feature and kept forgetting to use it-

when I do however- and then return to the regular board I noticed the posts change to the outline version and I change that back to the normal format-

At first I thought I was going nuts- when the outline posts appeared-but then I fixed it- and was not going nuts at all---yet !!!!!

PS- are the acronyms on this list too?

I think when lawyers start to represent claimants they will need the acronym list.

When I was helping my former lawyer with his VA claim-he kept telling me to speak English!

I said ten years ago I had to ask many VA doctors the same question-

Also I followed up my complaint about my vet reps to the Governors assistant who is handled this matter and apologised for all of the acronyms I had used but that my vet reps would understand them all.

(Now I am thinking they probably dont because my new rep didnt know what IMO meant )

This is funny- when I confirmed an FOIA I had with the BVA in 2006 , I also confirmed that my fast remand had occurred- I knew it did--- but just in case-

It was the first time in 4 years that I received Due Process from the VA.

and so I kept thinking it was all a dream.

SHe confirmed it again- then while talking to her (the BVA person in Washington)-I asked another question and she said- I

think that is something you should ask your POA.

I said -are you kidding- I think they are too overwhelemed for that question-they are still looking up the word 'Remand'. She burst out laughing.

Gee- maybe Remand should be on the search list?
