Dro Sent Me To C&p And C&p Is Sending Me For Mri?

Question

While I was in the Army at Ft. Eustis Va I fractured my left colorbone this was in 1973. I was service conected at 0% 2004. I appealed this and after over 2 years it is now at the DRO (decision reveiw officer). They sent me to C&P this monday. I had xrays and then the C&P with the doctor. I have bad pain shooting from the colorbone into my shoulder. I can't lift shoulder but half way up. The doctor ask me to go for a MRI of course I said yes. My Mri is this coming monday. My question is is there a chance I might get abetter rating than 0%. And why the MRI? Thanks for any help! Les

    Post a clear title like

Need help preparing PTSD claim or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of  ‘I have a question."

This gives members a starting point to ask clarifying questions like “Can you post the Reasons for Denial of your claim?

You’ve just been rated 100% disabled by the Veterans Affairs. After the excitement of finally having the rating you deserve wears off, you start asking questions. One of the first questions that you might ask is this: It’s a legitimate question – rare is the Veteran that finds themselves sitting on the couch eating bon-bons … Continue reading
