i called to check on my claim today and was told it has been sent for a second signature is this a good thing our a bad they did not send me for a c&p exam said they had enought info started mt claim in dec of 08 any advice on this matter would help and thanks for this site i read it all the time

It means that you will be receing you decision very soon. The second signature is just a review of the decision etc., and is required before issueing the final rating decision. (Not absolutely final you can appeal etc., I didnt mean that). Anyway you should be hearing something very soon.

It sounds good to me-

if they had enough that you didnt need a C & P and are set for another signature- this is always a very good sign-

then again- you should hear something soon by mail from the VARO----

I only believe what they put on paper and when the check is in the bank.
