Hello all! I have recently submitted evidence to support service connection for secondary conditions (left shoulder limitation of motion-pain and depression). Should I expect a C&P exam? If so, what can I expect from a mental health C&P? Does it differ from a regular C&P? The way my memory is, I am afraid that I will forget or omit symptomology that will support my claim. Should I write crib notes? Thanks for the help!

Some of my friends and myself was rated from our medical records of the diagnoses from psych doc. My left knee fusion was combined with my depression for a rating of 40%. I just say, if you are scheduled for a c&p just tell them how you are feeling in your life and not how you are feeling that day. With depression, some days are good and others you don't want to leave your house.

I think that you want a C&P if you want an increase.
