Berta
NVLSP is preparing a rebuttal on Haas due in the Fed court in a week or too- The VA then has another chance to argue their position. I hope that the Haas case succeeds---dont know about any other law suits but this would put all Blue Water veterans into the Nehmer Class Action. And could eventually lead the way for any veteran-with proven exposure anywhere to AO and with presumptive disabilities to succeed on their claim for SC due to AO. That is just my opinion but I feel that the AO story is still evolving.
