Hello Sledge, I have nothing to base it on but personal experience, my guess is the VA is exempt from having to "actually" correct anything. The "OK, we did it", "no you didn't", "yes we did", "no you didn't" remand games i've seen, doesn't resemble the begining of correcting anything.
