Claim For Compensation, Form Letter Schedule

Is there is an automatic schedule for "we are still processing your claim" letters? I got my second letter that "apolgizes for the delay". I diligently try to keep busy with my daily life, but still finding myself anxiuosly "waiting out" VA's decision on my depression claim . I have met veterans who choose not to apply for compensation because of the stress, probably the ones who have hard time attending veterans services and parades. I envy their choices and stand in for them when possible. Thanks Hadit family,cg

CG - My VARO sends them out about every 60 days. The form is nothing but a waste of money and time.

In one of my books written by ex VA employee he states that letter is sent out everytime your claim folder moves another step in the chain

I received on in the middle of my claim setting in development for 65 days after I provided medical records when I finally talked with someone who would do more than say my clam was in development. They told me they were waiting for records (the ones I sent) and then they told me they didn't know when they would be able to generate the letter to request them from the doctor. Is hypertension and mood disorders caused by dealing with the VA Connectable?

yeah -just the normal BS letter -sent at the Govs expense (I mean the taxpayers expense) saying they are still------well I almost said something crude---

It is the VCAA letter that is the most important thing you get- it tells you( that is some of the VCAA letters do- yet they all are supposed to)- exactly what the VA still needs to award the claim from you and from anyone else- etc.

The VCAA Election form should be elected in one of the boxes and sent back ASAP.

And the notice should be complied with with whatever they still need.
