Question
JohnM
My Nephew got his letter last week for PTSD 70% sexual assault we won that but it should be high thats what his Rep said, so she put in another claim for that. but he has 6 defferent deferred conditions remaining and several SC denied which we are appealing. First what does defferred mean? One of them is IU, Hepitatis B & C, Osteopenia, and the other three are for allergies sinus and a higher rating for his chronic uticaria which he is currently 10%.The medical records now and then prove SC. Can anyone tell us if defferred means we have to fight for this? HE is 40 some years old does not work, lives on his 10%,VA Doctor states he is unable to work due to his medical problems and medicine which causes more medical conditions. AT this time he has 3 other medical problems which we are taking to the traveling board because they have denied them, SC connection and on record. This young man came home 20 some years ago from service a different person than when he went in. No one would believe him and he did not get any help until the last 4 years. Can anyone one give us some info. this is a pretty long case, I have given some examples here but for me to continue it would be to long, maybe I could write down things in a different post later right now I am looking for answers about defferred
Thanks
