Well written article.

Might be THOUSANDS of Vets waving big red flags - just walking through that VA door (grin) . . . And I'm thinking that a couple of 1151 Claims could follow as a result and Tort. VA Employess can be sued.

That's true and funny. Even your C&P doctor won't read the records back beyound a page or two. It takes too much time when there are many other vets and fees to make. Why waste time reviewing a vets records. The docs who do exams get a fixed rate I think so the more they can crank out the better. The neurologist that did my C&P for PN does 10 exams a day when she works. There was no review of my records. All she asked was did I serve in Vietnam so the Agent Orange nexus was there. Then she gave me a pin prick test and that was that.
