I had BVA hearing in OCT 2006, two calim were remanded to AMC, four weeks ago sent an e-mail to AMC to check on status of remanded claims, received answer three days ago, it said we can not give you any informations on your claims over the internet for sucurity reasons, then they gave me a toll-free number to call, i live in the Phillippines there is no such thing as a toll-free number here.

The Number they gave me was: 1-866-258-0341. I called that number but could not get in contact with anyone.

I am also sending on new evidence to them by way of my DAV rep in Washington.

Is the above number the right number?

Yes, this is the correct number for the AMC. Make sure that your DAV Rep gets some kind of date stamp on your new evidence.

I have found, just from my experience, that the AMC, loose more new information than they can keep.

Always,

Josephine
