To support a potential claim for CRSC, I electronically requested a copy of my DA Form 2-1 which shows Army assignments, schools attended, awards, etc. I sent the Internet request to the National Personnel Records Center on September 5th. I received the copies in the mail September 17th.

I'm curious, and would ask if you are a recent veteran of the wars in the Mideast, Afghanistan, or a Vietnam Veteran.

No problem--I am a Viet Nam vet and retired from the Army in 1991. They must be working on a first in-first out basis at the National Personnel Center.
