Ssd Claim/phone Interview On Sept.24th/07

was awarded ssd in 1992/93, for low back injury[ssa doctor]..Dx/"djd, with bulging disc L4 / L5..Thank you, Attys. " & ".. Now my claim is,{i'm 60 now} lowback[same injury claim] as 1992/1993 discs, plus, rt. broken shoulder blade, sublaxation/AC joint shoulder injury and Depression[gaf-46]per VA,Bay Pines filed [2] weeks ago have a phone interview Mon. 9/24/07.CAN I WIN???? help please elders, thank you, william

The telephone interview is to basically lay out your claim and ask a few questions and nothing to worry about they will send a summary for you to sign after it is done. Believe it or not they actually try to help people with claims.

Thanks Pete, wadda think about the previous claim in 1992/93 will that award of ssd back then, hinder or help me??

U can do it in person also. I did mine at SSA Office. AEIOU are not heard (high freq loss). Hate the Telephone. Hard to understand.

Actually if I remember correctly the fact that you were already awarded SSD should be a big help. Especially if it is for the same problems.
