Question

I was told that my claim was at the rating board on 2/2/07, on 7/12/07 I was told that a decision was ready to be made but my claim was pull to complete an congressional inquiry and was sent back to rating specialist to be completed, on 9/14/07 I was told that I needed to have a C&P exam for my sleep apnea claim even though my PCP at the VA wrote that my sleep apnea was due to my weight gain and my weight gain was from my service conected left knee fusion, lower lumbar trauma, left foot, left hip pain, and right knee that needs a total replacement, all service connected.

What type of exam can they do for sleep apnea? They already did a sleep study and issued me a cpap machine for severe obstructed sleep apnea with low O2 saturation.
