Although these comments were made several months ago, the statistics and comments regarding DROs

and other VA employees are still interesting and revealing.

I agree. Thanks for posting this. It also helps to be patient. I much rather wait and have the RO's doing it right the first time, than to have to wait years for a BVA resolution that could end up as a remand anyway.

I think this is why a vet should appeal every decision to the highest level. Just by the numbers you have a chance of winning. I have had many horrible decisions over the years, but if you keep bothering them long enough you can get just about anything. The system is broken but persistence pays off.
