jmack Posted October 9, 2007 Author Share Posted October 9, 2007 What is the advice for a vet that's rated 90% SC but have been waiting maybe 18 months for a decision for sleep apnea, maybe frost bite and several other conditions that I can't remember right now. What would YOU do? I remember before I got 100% p/t, I had multiple conditions still pending or under appeal. We told the VARO that we would drop appeals I they would grant the 100% p/t. Evidently they knew that I had a great case and would win on appeal, therefore they agreed to the offer and I won.
