Question

I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER THIS MORNING AND WAS TOLD A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE ON MY CLAIM FOR BILATERAL HEARING LOSS, VERTIGO, TINNITUS, MINERE'S DESIEASE, AND IU.

HE SAID A DECISION WAS MADE ON THE 28TH OF JANUARY, BUT THATS ALL IT SAID.

THAT WILL BE A WEEK TOMMOROW BUT HAVN'T HEARD ANYTHING YET.

WISH ME LUCK .

Congrats, I waiting 30 days after the initial notification and before getting the facts in a letter. Actually they told me less than they told you. They told me in the initial call that I would be getting a letter soon telling the particulars and I would have to wait. To them 30 days I guess is soon.

You might want the DV rep to see if he can find out.

Jim, call your VSO at the regional office and ask them to tell you. They are supposed to revierw tghe decision after it is made and they can tell you. My AL rep did just that after I called him. He called back within the hour with the news.
