Then I would go to the Medical Records department, fill out a release of information and pick up the copy. If it is not ready, ask them to mail it to you when it is ready. mriguy Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 When I had my last C&P exam in January, I literally left the appt, walked down to medical records and within 5 minutes had a complete copy of everything dictated in that appt.!
