Help! Need My Ssa Records

OK,

I told my Vet Rep that I need my medical exam records from the SSA and they tryed to get them.

He got back to me today and said that his office tryed and the SSA said that the state veterans

counselor was not recognized as a legal rep so they could not get them.

Now that I have found that out! How do I go about getting these records or copys of the exams

given buy there doctors?

These will help in all of my claims if I can get them,so I can submit them as evidence.

So I come here and ask the great Knowledge bank of HADIT Again. Help!

Hi,

I called my local office yesterday and explained the whole reason I needed the SSA Records

to the person on the phone, "After the automated phone crap" The person seemed to be very helpfull and looked up the rules and things for me while I was on the phone. She is mailing out the forms I need to fill out to get my copys of what I need. A real person who don't mind looking things up and doing a little work really does help. when I called the same office months ago they just said can't do it.

Now the old waiting game. I do have my appointment for my IMO today.

Getting 2 IMO's and my SSA records for the DRO reveiw

Think that will help? Get a fair decision?
