Help With Electric Bills

Can anyone direct me to the section where you can get help with electric bills to pay for heating your pool if its prescribed as therapy.

I am at 60% right now.

they laughed at me when I asked for a pool and you want them to pay for heating one? Good luck on that one I pay my own bils for the hot tub I paid for and I refuse to put a heater on the pool the gas bill would kill me it will be warm soon good luck on finding that office but I don't think it exists
