This situation has gotten plenty of attention on the web-
and it goes hand in hand with the VA's idea that somehow- men and women-with no mental health problems prior to service-can somehow come out of a combat zone with a so called Personality disorder-and not PTSD.
and as the article says- it all boils down to money.
Can you imagine if the VA suddenly posthumously decided that Audie Murphy had a personality disorder and not PTSD?

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief
Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was
simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."
Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
