I am having a DRO Hearing on July 3, 2008. My lawyer believes I have a shot at winning because the VA failed to develop my claim at all, and ignored the report from my doctor saying I was unable to work and frequently incapacitated due to psychotic proportunes of my disorder: Schizophrenia. The VA came up with residuals of schizophrenia because I was not chewing the carpet or catatonic. 10% for a person that was living on skid row, unable to work and unable to function. VA now claims it was all due to unstable personality disorder and drug abuse even though I was not abusing drugs or alcohol when examined in the VA hospital. I never had a C&P exam.
