hypertension Status Of Report - Vietnam Vet's Hypertension Risk?

Hi,

Been away for a while. Just checking in for the status if IOM's report whether it has been approved by VA as of yet? Attaching a url from Health On Net report I saved from last year. My NOD for hypertension was denied last May 2008.

No- the VA isn't going to SC hypertension to Agent Orange.

However it can be found as secondary to DMII, and other AO conditions-with medical evidence.

Here's is a va court case that was approved for hypertension as secondary to diabetes type 2.
