Got two letters from VA today- One an award for ED!

Another Letter- with a VCAA Form--for EED claim-filed many years ago! They owe me years of back payments for PTSD at 100%. I do not hear from them at all for years, then two letters in one day,and on different subjects!!!!

Did they enclose the VCAA Election response form with the VCAA letter?

Yes,they enclosed VCAA response form- They asked that I send in any Record that I had not turned in before or tell they where to get it.

Been sending them info as I got it-so I hsve nothing new. They showed all dates I sent in info,so they did get it!!
