I awoke at 1:30 AM this morning after one of the bad dreams, being asleep for only about 3 hours. When this happens it really fits the description of a elephant on your chest. I did the intentional breathing technics, took zanax, duo-neb, combuvent, advair, and continued on 2 liters of oxygen. Leveled somewhat at 3:30 AM. Can I get witness? Thank You Lord I'm better.
