I have arthritis of the neck service connected (cervical spine). I can't turn my head completly to either side. In order for me to change lanes when I drive I have to turn my whole body. Can I get an auto grant for special mirrors or something that makes me feel safe driving.

If so how do I go about doing it. I have an appointment with my rheum doc in a couple of weeks.
