Va Changing Call Centers Availibity

Question

I just hung up with a smart ass women at a VA call center. I was trying to call St Petersburg FL, as anytime I got connected to any center other then St Petersburg where my records are, they don't have hardly any information on the computer. She said all the centers will be consoldated to call centers. I asked will they have more information then they now have...NO. She would not let me talk, as she would not shut up and was very negative and rude. She acted like I had all the support and then some that I was going to get. (yes she got it done in 4 mins) I was the person that the VA called and I did talk to them over a hour, but as usual they did not even come near or even admitt what I wanted, just around and around just to clear the books that they called me. But I will not give up, it took me 10 years to get to 100% on my own.

Thanks

I've reached a couple like her. They usually talk-over anything I attempt to say, so I've resorted to letting them to go on and on and finally when they take a breath, I interject that nothing he/she has said has anything to do with the questions I have and may I ask them now. Usually they get even more huffy, but they do allow the real questions.

On the other hand, all the information I have received from individuals like those described above

has been inadequate. I think they talk so much in order to maintain control because they really have little expertise...
