Do C&p Docs See Last Docs Notes?

I am curious about C&P results from 1 exam to the next. If I had one today, and I have another scheduled for next week, will the doctor I see next week already see the notes from the doctor today?

Just curious if I am going to have to cover the same information, or are they actually going to read it and discuss other information?

Thanks for your input.

DDWUSN, I have found at times they do make reference to Dr. notes and others they ignore them and when they do ignore them so does the VARO. I had years of medical records and was stopped cold and it hurt my claim that the VA would go out of there way to do this but I am learning to live with it, it is the way things are done. Then you have to swing again and prepare your self for this and this is where you will win. I find this happens more offten if you are not a Afgan or OIF vet but they get boned too. I had solid evidence and was crushed so before you push in all your chips remember the VA only does the right thing after the life is sucked out of you and you imerge a different person than when you started........

I worked in the ROI department and can tell you that the records are put into the CPRS system that the VA uses almost right away

Anyone with access can then view that report, and the next doctor would have that access!
