Where do I find the schedule of ratings that give a percentage for certain conditions i. e. depression and neurological problem in the knees

Thanks

A lot of good responses I thought from more knowledgeable than I am.

Just a thought for you, I have a website that offers suggestions for researching, organizing and assembling va claims. In Step 3 is easy access to CFR Title 38. You might want to check the whole site out. It might offer suggestions that could benefit you. It is totally free...just simply intended to help veterans. My way of saying thank you for protecting me and mine.

Good luck and thank you for serving.

Hi Paul,

I sure can't answer any of your questions, but I can let you

know that I think about you a lot!!!!!

The Best to you "My Dear Friend".

Betty

Betty, my dear friend

I m that small town boy that does not want to go back to the big city any time soon.

I took a break from the VA trials and tribulations for a while. I turned my claim over to an attorney, and he requested for a copy of my claims file in March and he still does not have it, typical VA poo poo. He is working the legal stuff and I am trying to deal with the medical issues.

Happy Trails

Paul,

When this "Country Boy" went to the city, this "Country Girl" went

also.

You gave me the guts to go up and down that mountain and to take off

to D. C myself.

What an adventure we have had with the VA.

I was wondering where you were and how things were going.

Can your lawyer use your copy of your C-file and all of

your medical records?

I am still at it too.

I will be going for the TDIU C&P, this Wednesday the 20th.

I am thankful the C&P is with the nice PhD Psychologist that did

my first C&P which the R. O brought in those two quacks, but the

BVA gave the credit to the Psychologist.

Remember, I will be thinking about you and keep in contact.

Always,

Betty
