Question

What do I need to do to bring an attorney on board to attend my DRO hearing?? just so they don't kick him out of the room day of my hearing. To cover my A$....

Yeah, this is what I was looking for I would like to knock this one out of the park with one swing, and as sure as I am I don't have any faith in any veterans service rep that really has no insensitive if I win of loose to call out the VA on these horrendous lies and fraud against me that the VA calls errors. There are great folks out there that can sew this at the BVA level with ease. I don't want to take it that far my family has suffered enough for my case to go to the BVA and get remanded and reinvent the wheel again. It has taken Indianapolis 9 months to a year+ to achieve what takes most everyone else 4 to 8 months for one roll of the dice..
