I am a 100% vet and i have been turn down for ss two times and it has been over 2 years. i live in N Calif. do i need to hire a lawyer to help me with my case

Yes at this point an attorney is probably your best route.

Hard to answer that question without knowing a little more about your "case".

But, apparently you're not having much luck at it, so it's obvious that you need some sort of help.

Give the brains on board this train of thought so more information so they can see what needs to be done.

I would look into getting a lawyer if I were you. There fee will be limited and fairly reasonable for what they do for you.

i was 40% for DDD with mechanical back pain and then last year i was given 50% for major depressive disorder and then i asked for 100% and because i was in Voc Rehab and they stopped it because of my medical problems. 2 years ago i applied for SS and was turn down 2 times. my advocate said just because i have 100% does not mean i can get SS so now do you think i need a lawyer
