Question

Hey Folks,

I am really jacked up today. I finally heard from The BVA yesterday. My service connection was granted clear back to april of 1969 by the BVA judge. 39 freakin years I've fought these jerks. I don't know anything about the percentages cause they didn't say.And BTW thanks to all you people for your support. Still need a little advice as to where I go from here. What do I need to do now. Do I need to fill out any more VA forms, or do I just sit and wait for a raters decision. Being unemployable for five years now with SSD should make a big diference in the raters decisions, is that correct or am I blowin smoke. I need to know what to do now.How much longer is this gonna take?

THANKS< THANKS< THANKS,

Man I am jacked up.

rsg, 1969! a red letter day! your post left me speechless! wow. Encouraged!!! Oh yes, its fine to be 'paranoid' or cautious! Yikes. Do you have legal counsel to help with the details? As you recieve the details, percentage award and whatnot, certainly you dont want to miss a thing that is DUE you!

On a caring note, keep your health in check too!

God Bless America and her veterans!

CG'up!!

Thanks CG,

It might all be for nothing from what the VSO's are telling me. If all I end up with is my meds being paid for I'll be happy.

Ron,

They don't know what they are talking about. They never thought

they would go back and pay me those 16 years of retro, but they

did. They will do just as the BVA Judge has ordered.

I pray (as others do) that one day I can too can say "I won"....my widows DIC is now 18 years in the battle.

So happy for you, such great news.
